"'Some of these files were written by me directly,' Torvalds said in an e-mail exchange, and so were not contributed to the Linux project by third parties, including IBM, which is being sued by SCO."

Well....

It's unsurprising that SCO thinks that everyone else is out to steal their 'intellectual property', since they are trying to steal the 'intellectual property' of others, claiming it was stolen from them...

Thieves don't trust anyone. Even unsuccessful thieves.
