& a music licences comparative (in french)
note also this url :
http://3boom.net/okosystem/licences.htm
an essay of free music licences comparative,
a panel view of what does, authorizes, allows
each licence.
(sadly, in french only : any one likely to translate it, welcome ! )
Re: & a music licences comparative (in french)
Thanks! Actually, we already posted this link, see:
Comparison of Free Music Licenses, Courtney Love on Music Business
Feel free to submit links you think are important in the art and music world. I think it's something that we should watch to get an idea of what is developing in this sphere; artists and musicians in general are probably much more in tune with the changes now going on, tending to be less inhibited by the status quo. If you use the submit link near the top of the page, I get an automatic email. Submit it in any language you want, we'll try to get it translated.
Note that running the 3boom page through Babelfish works fairly well, since it's mostly a table, and most of the licenses are already in English.
