In addition to a new layout, SCO has removed the documents threatening Linux users with copyright infringements, as well as the open letter by the president of SCO. The web site had been taken down over last weekend because of a preliminary injunction issued by a German court which threatened SCO with a euro 250,000 fine if they made anymore threatening statements about Linux.
