[Germany] Court Grants Preliminary Injunction against SCO (Updated 1-Jun-2003)
Article from eWeek.com by Peter Galli (English)
Article from ZDNet.de by Sebastian Brinkmann (German)
"Ryan Tibbitts, SCO's in-house general counsel, on Friday said that the German court had just issued a temporary restraining order against the company. The legal action was brought against SCO by a number of Linux associations, including LinuxTag. This was also an ex parte proceeding, which meant the court has not heard any arguments from SCO's side, he said."
---
The article in German doesn't mention LinuxTag, but rather Univention, a Linux specialist located in Bremen. SCO faces fines of up to 250,000 euro if they do not comply with the order. SCO has said they will comply, but will vigorously defend their position. We'll be updating this article as more information comes to light...

Does anyone else sense any hostility in this news article? It's interesting to compare the releases on the two sides of the Atlantic.
