Novell also identifies the SCO allegations as more of a campaign to sow FUD than to protect its rights. Novell also still maintains that they, not SCO, own the patents and copyrights. The final sentence of the letter: "...we hope SCO will adhere to standards of strict accuracy when stating its rights in UNIX." The question really is, with everything that they have done, whether SCO even has a future.
